Are you a coffee lover and want to pick up some technical and practical skills on coffee? Well you’re at the right page! Daizu Cafe’s Coffee Workshop consists of a series of curriculums which will give you a great start to your coffee learning journey. 

Workshops Available

Latte Art (Level 1)

Curriculum 001

This workshop is recommended for individuals with no prior experience in coffee
making. Participants will learn to extract their very first espresso, the proper
techniques to milk frothing, and techniques to achieve a symmetrical heart shape
and wiggled heart.

Latte Art (Level 2)

Curriculum 002

This workshop is recommended for participants who have attended level 1 workshop
with our dedicated baristas. In this course, we will fine-tune milk frothing techniques
for different milk-based coffee. Participants will learn to pour a wiggled heart, tulip
and rosetta.

Latte Art (Level 3)

Curriculum 003

This workshop is recommended for individuals who have gone through level 1 and 2
of our coffee workshops with our dedicated baristas. This is also suitable for coffee
enthusiasts who are looking to improve their techniques in brewing milk-based
coffee.

Coffee Appreciation

Curriculum 004

This ‘omakase’ inspired experience is specially catered to coffee enthusiasts who
wish to explore and understand the origins and types of coffees available.
Participants get to enjoy taster size coffees typically served in most cafés in
Singapore, plus bonus Daizu’s best-selling beverage!

Barista Skills

Curriculum 005

This workshop is specially arranged for individuals with no experience in coffee-
making or for aspiring baristas. Delve deeper into specialty coffee and learn the
necessary theory and technical skills to jumpstart your potential career, or to expand
your coffee knowledge with us!
